Crossroads Law Welcomes Siena McIlwraith-Fraticelli to Our Vancouver Team

We’re delighted to welcome Siena McIlwraith-Fraticelli as our new Vancouver articling student!

Siena brings a thoughtful, client-centred approach to family law, grounded in clear communication, advocacy and a commitment to making legal information easier to understand. She believes clients should feel comfortable sharing their concerns, asking questions and making informed decisions about their futures. For Siena, that starts with understanding not only the legal issues at hand, but the person and family behind them.

That perspective has been shaped in part by Siena’s work with organizations focused on equality rights and improving access to legal information. Through the Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund (LEAF), she contributed to work advancing equality rights. She also worked with Pro Bono Students Manitoba to develop an accessible legal information resource for families navigating the child and family services system.

Those experiences strengthened Siena’s understanding of how important clear, practical legal guidance can be for families navigating difficult circumstances. At Crossroads Law, she brings that perspective to her work supporting clients with separation, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, and other family law matters.

Siena’s emphasis on listening first, communicating clearly and tailoring legal support to the circumstances of each family makes her a natural fit for our team and the way we approach family law.

We’re excited to have Siena join our team and to see her continue to grow as an advocate while supporting the families we serve. Welcome to Crossroads Law, Siena!
