We are thrilled to introduce Karolina Wojciechowski, the newest family lawyer to join our Calgary team.
Karolina is a skilled family lawyer who combines strategic legal insight with a compassionate, solution-oriented mindset. Whether negotiating a resolution or advocating in court, she is known for providing clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Karolina’s diverse background in psychology, civil litigation, and labour and employment law informs the broad, thoughtful perspective she brings to her family law practice. Combined with a strong foundation in legal research, she draws on this experience to craft creative, sustainable solutions for the families she serves.
Her commitment to client-centred service is rooted in her work to expand access to justice - a value that directly shapes her approach to family law. Karolina has volunteered her time supporting Indigenous rights initiatives and assisting organizations that help individuals with disabilities and women navigating criminal and family law proceedings. These experiences have deepened her understanding of the barriers many people face within the legal system. As a result, she prioritizes a collaborative, transparent process with her clients - ensuring they are informed about the direction of their case, aware of legal costs and strategies, and supported in seeking cost- and time-efficient solutions at every stage.
