Kasia brings a calm, solution-oriented approach in supporting clients through their family law matters. Known for her ability to simplify complex processes and guide clients with clarity, she ensures that those she supports feel heard and equipped with a clear path forward.
A Vancouver native, Kasia earned her juris doctor with honours from Bond University before completing her articles at a busy litigation firm. Since then, she has devoted her practice exclusively to family law, with experience representing clients in both the BC supreme court and provincial court. Her approach prioritizes negotiation and practical resolution, but she is also a firm and strategic advocate when litigation becomes necessary.
Kasia is passionate about helping clients feel grounded during times of uncertainty. She works to ensure her clients understand their options and the likely outcomes at each stage, empowering them to make informed decisions that balance risks and benefits. With experience across a wide range of family law matters, she tailors her advice to meet the unique needs of each family.
