Crossroads Law Welcomes Calgary Family Lawyer Ramsha Javed
We are delighted to welcome family lawyer Ramsha Javed to the Crossroads Law team in Calgary!
Ramsha brings a rare combination of family law experience, negotiation insight, and community-grounded perspective to her practice. With a background in insurance and personal injury law, she has developed a deep understanding of claim evaluation, negotiation strategy, and conflict resolution—skills that now allow her to guide family law clients toward practical, settlement-focused solutions. This foundation enables her to assess matters with clarity, anticipate challenges, and help clients move forward with confidence.
What also sets Ramsha apart is her strong connection to the communities she serves. Fluent in Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi, she is committed to providing culturally responsive legal services and ensuring meaningful access to justice for Calgary’s diverse populations. Her involvement with the Association of Women Lawyers and her role as Treasurer of the Pakistan Canada Association reflect her dedication to advocacy, representation, and community support beyond the courtroom.
Ramsha works closely with families on a range of matters, including parenting and child guardianship, child and spousal support issues, property division, mobility matters, and agreements. She is committed to helping clients find resolutions that reduce stress and promote stability. While she encourages cooperative, interest-based approaches whenever possible, she is an effective advocate in court when litigation is required.
