Over the years, when we’ve reflected on our growth, we’ve spoken about our community and the clients who have trusted and supported us. We’ve shared our humble beginnings and the growth that has brought us to a team of more than 50. And we’ve shared our heartfelt appreciation for the colleagues, friends, and family who have stood by our side, lifting us up and reminding us of what’s possible. Those reflections still hold true. Yet with eight years behind us, it has been remarkable to step back and reflect on the evolution of our team.
That evolution has been marked by incredible achievements—lawyers becoming partners, staff stepping into new roles, and paralegals moving into leadership. Along the way, we’ve also celebrated graduations, marriages, and growing families. And we’ve honoured our team’s contributions to the profession, from significant reported decisions to accolades including several of our lawyers being named to The Best Lawyers in Canada and our firm being ranked as a Tier 1 firm among The Best Law Firms in Canada. At the same time, our administrative team has strengthened and refined the systems that allow us to better serve our clients and support our people.
By fostering growth and development, we’ve built a team that is stronger, more collaborative, and empowered to deliver the high-quality, client-centred service that has always guided us.
