She brings focus and resolve to every file, with a track record that speaks for itself (and for those who want the receipts, her reported decisions are worth a read).
Camille is also a mentor in the truest sense of the word. Her door is always open, and she is generous with her time and energy to ensure her team is supported. At our most recent firm retreat, she channeled that into not one but two team initiatives: a fully realized Survivor-style competition (complete with an official Survivor flag) and a firm-wide moot, both massive hits that say a lot about how she shows up for the people around her. Her energy is infectious, her counsel is sought-after, and her willingness to roll up her sleeves, whether in the face of a legal challenge or, reportedly, a rap battle, is the stuff of Crossroads legend.
