Bre Stuart is a senior paralegal at Crossroads Law with over fifteen years of litigation experience gained through her role with the Government of Canada’s Department of Justice.

Her work in complex, procedure-driven matters informs her approach to family law, where accuracy, procedural knowledge, and effective practice management are essential.

Bre was drawn to family law by the opportunity to work more closely with people, supporting individuals through legal issues that have an immediate and lasting impact on their lives. Her depth of experience gives both the lawyers she works with and the clients she serves confidence that their matters are in capable, knowledgeable hands.

Bre approaches her work with calm professionalism and compassion. She understands that clients are often navigating challenging life circumstances and aims to provide clear communication and a steady presence throughout the process. By listening carefully and explaining what to expect at each stage, she helps clients feel heard, respected, and informed.

Outside the office, Bre is committed to giving back to her community. She has volunteered with Honour House and served as a Tball coach. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family—especially her young son and her two doodles—travelling to new destinations, and staying active.
