Sydney is the warm and friendly face of Crossroads Law Calgary. She’s known for her commitment to client-centred care and ensures that every person who walks through the door feels genuinely welcomed and supported.
With a background in healthcare and community programming, Sydney brings a well-rounded perspective and people-focused mindset to her work. Her experience supporting vulnerable individuals has helped shape the way she connects with others, approaching each interaction with empathy, patience, and a sincere desire to meet people where they are. She has also led outreach initiatives, overseen daily operations, and worked closely with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments, honing her communication and organizational skills along the way.
Through a variety of administrative and client-facing roles, Sydney has developed a strong ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and contribute meaningfully to both the client journey and internal team success.
In her current role, Sydney is known for her initiative, energy, and thoughtful approach. Whether managing day-to-day tasks or welcoming clients with professionalism and care, she brings calm efficiency to every interaction.
Outside the office, Sydney runs a small creative business designing custom handmade pieces. She also enjoys spending time with friends and tackling home DIY projects in her spare time.
