Shaina D’Souza is an experienced legal assistant at Crossroads Law, with prior experience at a national law firm where she worked in legal administration, client communication, and file management. She holds a legal administrative assistant certificate from Capilano University and brings a thoughtful, organized approach to supporting family law matters.

Shaina is committed to delivering responsive, detail-oriented support and understands that family law clients are often navigating one of the most challenging periods of their lives. She prioritizes clear communication and accuracy to help ensure that each client feels informed and supported.

Shaina has volunteered with BC Children’s Hospital and Rabbitats, and participated in Children for Bali, an international initiative supporting communities abroad. These experiences reflect her genuine care for others and a commitment to service that carries into her professional work.

Outside of work, Shaina enjoys the Vancouver restaurant scene and sauna cold plunge culture, stealing the mic at late-night karaoke sessions, and spending time with her Shiba Inu and her young nephews.
