Kristin McDonald is a Calgary family lawyer with a strong background in conflict resolution who has an interest in high conflict separations.

She draws upon her 10 years of experience in human resources to address interpersonal conflicts between separating spouses. While Kristin is always keen to resolve disputes outside of court, she is no stranger to the courtroom and is a fierce and accomplished advocate for her clients when litigation is required.

Having a passion for problem solving, Kristin applies her prior experiences to high conflict family matters and strives to provide fair, practical, and cost-effective solutions for all her clients. Kristin is committed to working in client centered partnership with her clients to meet their goals in the best interests of their family.

In her spare time, Kristin is a committee co-chair at the Women’s Legal Forum, and she regularly volunteers with the Women’s Centre legal advice clinic.

In her free time Kristin enjoys traveling and snuggling up with her cats (yes, plural) and a glass of wine.
