David Kim is a family lawyer and civil litigator with a background in personal injury and real estate law. He believes in delivering cost-effective, yet strategically sound solutions to his clients.
Prior to joining Crossroads Law, David was with a boutique law firm in Calgary where he represented clients on a wide array of legal issues at Provincial Court and the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, including at trial. David also successfully facilitated numerous real estate transactions for residential and commercial properties across central Alberta.
David earned his law degree at the University of Calgary and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2021. David has volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, wrote for the Moot Times, and represented tenants with landlord related property disputes during his time with the Student Legal Assistance.
In his spare time, David enjoys playing tennis and camping in the Rockies. He is also passionate about leveraging technology for the betterment of his community – he is a winner of the prestigious MIT Engineering Health Equity 2021 Hackathon for his innovative ideas in the area of clinical diversification.
