Flat Rate
Legal Billing
It can be frustrating not knowing how much you are going to pay for a service before the work starts. That’s why we have flat rate fees available for many of our services, including divorces ($1499), separation agreements ($1999), and prenuptial agreements ($2499)**. Crossroads Law also provides flat rates for Wills, powers of attorney, adult guardianship applications and adoptions. Contingency agreements and other forms of delayed payment may also be possible for some family law cases.
PRENUPTIAL and COHABITATION AGREEMENTS
You have worked hard to accumulate your wealth, so we work hard to protect it. Prenuptial and cohabitation agreements are designed to safeguard your assets, and to resolve issues like spousal support in advance so that they are not litigated upon separation or divorce. Our Calgary family law and divorce lawyers provide cohabitation and prenuptial agreements for a flat rate of $2499*
